Youth Recordings Chicago needs your support to provide our services and resources to the youth of Chicago. Your donations are what allow this organization to operate in the way we have envisioned. By donating to YRC, you make it possible for us to purchase recording equipment, hire staff and interns, maintain our website, cover fundraising expenses, and provide support for hundreds of other items that are critical to keeping our mission alive.
Your donation to YRC is tax deductible, and your generosity is very much appreciated! We use PayPal for processing of all credit card donations, the most secure method of donating money on the web! Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to donate.

In addition to monetary donations, we are in need of donations of items and services.
Items: We are in need of two types of items. First, we welcome any donations of equipment that we can use in our studio. This includes computers and monitors, audio software, mixing boards and I/O interfaces, audio monitors, headphones, cables, microphones, studio furniture, and instruments of all kinds (especially a piano!) Secondly, we would be extremely grateful for donations of any items to help us run our company. This includes paper, printers, computers, web space, and printed materials.
Services: This is somewhat broad but very important for our success. We are in need of web designers, graphic artists, and photographers willing to donate their services to our cause. Additionally, once the studio is operational, we hope to enlist the help of audio engineers, session musicians, and people with extensive recording experience to help run the studio. Venues, restaurants, and other local businesses willing to help us with fundraising events (such as charitable concerts and dinners) are also very important to achieving our goals.
